Refund policy

Exchanges: We accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and with original tags attached. Exchanges are available for a different size or colour, subject to stock availability.
No Cash Refunds: Roz by Shivrai does not offer cash refunds. All eligible returns are processed as exchanges only.
Non-Exchangeable Items: Items marked final sale, or returned without tags/in worn condition, are not eligible.
Process: Email shivrai.in@gmail.com with your order number within 7 days of delivery to initiate an exchange.
Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 7 days for a replacement or store credit — this is the one case where a refund to original payment method may apply, processed within 7–10 business days.
